Why I believe that approach life in a healthy way is so important is because it keeps me sane. Not that I am a crazy person … but if I am not being healthy, I feel gross. I feel sluggish, tired, bloated, just plain ugly some days.
So for my healthy living encompasses a little bit of all the following for me:
~ Having time for me,
~ Regular exercise
~ Eating clean
