Exercise, seems kind of right that it follows eating well, right? And weirdly enough all seemed to be timed right to be just after spring cleaning, and getting in to shape for summer! Did I plan that … probably, I am pretty organized like that! Now I love going to gym, and again it has become such a regular thing for me that I feel terrible when I don’t go. I have not created any exercise lists for you because I am not a trainer, and cannot be held accountable for making suggestions that may hurt you as I am not aware of your body and its “excuses”! But I have a Pinterest board already set up with lots of ideas called Hitting the Gym, so go check it that one out for some ideas!
